Medical representative mexico city, mexicofull timewhat you will dothe medical representative (self-care - mexico city) is responsible for positioning self-care brands among healthcare professionals within the assigned territory by creating and executing sales plans to achieve targets through the management of multiple physician and healthcare professional accounts.
responsibilities include scheduling appointments for medical visits, conducting sales presentations, gathering market information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
the medical representative will also contribute to sales forecasts and reports, always maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.main responsibilities:to be the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and strong relationships.analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities in the assigned territory.integrate omnichannel strategies, connecting digital and in-person touchpoints to enhance the relevance of the medical visit.monitor key kpis such as hcp coverage and frequency, sample delivery, prescription share, and quota compliance.propose data-driven action plans (power bi) to boost the territory's performance.ensure product availability at points of sale and promptly report shortages.efficiently manage work resources (samples, materials, equipment, car, etc.) and escalate needs or deviations.manage the territory rigorously, keeping the medical universe updated and executing visits and deliveries according to strategy.collaborate with key teams (marketing, ra, qa&pv, hcc, national manager) to strengthen strategy, compliance and quality of interaction with hcps.boost sales and market expansion by delivering effective presentations, generating insights, solving problems, and staying up-to-date on products and trends.requirements:~ residing in mexico city.
~ higher education.
~2 to 6 years of verifiable experience in sales, customer representation or account management in dynamic or related industries.
~ strong communication and interpersonal interaction skills.
~ valid driver's license.
~ basic - intermediate english.
~ experience using crm and data analysis tools to measure metrics and report performance.
~ experience with pediatricians.desired qualifications:experience developing and executing sales strategies, carrying them out autonomously in an assigned territory and managing multiple accounts.strong organizational and analytical skills, including report writing, attention to detail, and disciplined follow-up.results-oriented and creative problem-solving, with motivation to achieve goals, build strong relationships and adapt to changing environments.individual leadership with strategic vision and intellectual curiosity, capable of identifying opportunities, challenging the status quo, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
