## ## *what you'll be doing:* administer the hostal, including supervision of cleaning and maintenance staff.
* coordinate lodging and transportation for visiting personnel.
* manage internal communication tools and strategies.
* support and follow up on immigration processes for foreign employees.
* monitor and report on hostal inventory, gas consumption, and vendor payments.
* ensure compliance with environmental, quality, and safety management systems (sga, sgc, ehs).
* organize corporate and external events.
* train cleaning staff on chemical usage and hygiene protocols.
## ## *what we're looking for:* bachelor's degree in *business administration, tourism administration, or related fields*.
* *1–3 years* of experience in administrative roles, preferably in hospitality or hr.
* strong knowledge of *microsoft office*, *immigration processes*, and *organizational communication strategies*.
## *bonus points if you have:* advanced degree in *organizational development or communication*.
* experience with *internal communication platforms*, *event planning*, or *vendor management*.
