Overview
about the role & team the audience development specialist will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving audience databases to support event recruitment across north america. This includes identifying the right audience profiles based on event criteria, sourcing new contact data, cleaning and validating existing records, and supporting outreach efforts to maximize registrations and attendance. This role requires strong research skills, data accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with event, marketing, and audience development teams
what you’ll do
audience recruitment & event support
identify and recruit the right target audience for north america events based on event objectives, target job titles, industries, company types, geographies, and other attendee criteria. Support attendee acquisition efforts for webinars, virtual events, in-person conferences, executive roundtables, and custom event programs. Execute audience invitation activities through approved outreach channels, including email campaigns, phone outreach, linkedin research, and other relevant methods. Assist in driving event registration and attendance by ensuring the right audience is invited in a timely and targeted manner. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand event requirements and audience priorities for each campaign. Monitor recruitment progress and provide updates on audience coverage, gaps, and opportunities.
Data research & new audience sourcing
research and identify new audience data based on event-specific requirements and target profiles. Build and expand prospect lists using internal databases, market research, online resources, professional platforms, and other approved data sources.
