responsibilities
collaboration with clients: develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to align sales and supply chain strategies.
sales forecasting: analyze historical sales data and market trends to create accurate demand forecasts, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
data analysis: utilize excel skills, including pivot tables and logical functions, to generate insights and support decision-making.
reporting: prepare and present comprehensive reports on sales performance and inventory status to internal teams and stakeholders.
negotiation: engage in negotiations with stakeholders in both sales and supply chain to ensure alignment on forecasts and replenishment plans.
complex situation management: identify complex issues within the supply chain and sales processes, developing actionable plans to address them effectively.
inventory management: maintain optimal supply levels across 14,000 store-sku combinations to ensure product availability.
client meetings: organize and facilitate weekly and monthly sessions with the client for performance review and alignment on execution for the next three months, following a * meeting structure.
logistics collaboration: work with logistics teams to identify efficiencies in the distribution chain, focusing on
transport optimization: analyze transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
order profile adjustments: optimize order parameters such as minimum order quantity (moq) and economic order quantity (eoq) to enhance replenishment efficiency.

vba programming: implement vba programming solutions to automate reporting processes and enhance efficiency.
power bi management: utilize power bi to create dashboards and visualizations that facilitate data-driven discussions with stakeholders.
