Your primary objective will be to oversee all hr activities, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives while promoting employee development and organizational culture.
key responsibilities:
* develop and execute comprehensive hr strategies aligned with plant business objectives.
* collaborate closely with the plant manager and leadership team to synchronize human capital planning with operational needs.
* lead employee relations efforts, promoting open communication between employees, unions, and leadership.
* manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
* implement development programs to build leadership capabilities and career growth for employees.
* ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, safety regulations, and union agreements.
requirements:
* a minimum of 5 years of manager-level experience in human resources.
* 8+ years of experience in human resources roles with progressively increasing responsibilities.
* previous experience in the manufacturing industry is required.
* professional-level english proficiency (spoken and written).
knowledge & competencies:
* a strong understanding of mexican labor laws and union agreements.
* excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex hr topics clearly.
