Responsibilities
- Ensure the deployment of the Global Business Platform.
- Assist in performing As Is analysis during Solution Identification phase.
- Collect required information for the Change Impact analysis and facilitate impact analysis execution and resolution. Assist in closing gaps between “as is” and “to be” situations.
- Provide expert knowledge of the subject area and the project methodology.
- Write and review level 5 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support development of User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scripts.
- Support and coordinate User Access Testing (UAT).
- Develop and coordinate communication materials related to New Ways of Working.
- Identify training needs and conduct trainings for end users.
- Provide inputs for Toll Gate decks (milestones). Log risks and issues that appear during configuration, training or other activities and follow through on resolution of those issues.
- Perform analysis during Ramp-up phase and propose corrective actions.
- Identify improvement opportunities and integrate best practices for future resolution.
- Capture lessons learned and best practices from each implementation and integrate them into future impact resolution/improvement roadmaps.
- Ensure adequate hand over to Business as Usual (BAU) after Stabilization phase.
Minimum required Skills
- Functional: Process-oriented thinking, planning and organization, analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Stakeholder management: managing different stakeholder groups across Functions and Operating Companies with communication skills.
- Training and Change management: conducting trainings, developing training materials and supporting change to new ways of working.
- Process improvement: problem solving and analytical skills for identifying and contributing to process improvements.
Specific Functional Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related studies (Finance or Management Accounting or Management Information Systems)
- At least 4-6 years of experience in PtP Finance (Invoice processing, Payments, Reporting and maintenance, etc.).
- Understanding and knowledge of PtP Finance Global Standards, Design Book, RACM, IM templates, Bank connectivity (or bank platforms).
- Understanding and knowledge of AP Query tool (SSF-IC, SharePoint, ServiceNow, HeiFlow), KPI/PPI framework.
- Knowledge of electronic invoicing (able to explain the process).
- Knowledge of PTP end to end process
