Responsibilities:
overall hr & administration management
take full responsibility for the human resources and administrative operations of the mexico subsidiary.
compliance & system development
establish and optimize hr and administrative systems in full compliance with mexican labor laws and regulations.
talent acquisition & team building
lead end-to-end recruitment and training initiatives to build a high-performing operations team for the factory.
administrative & logistics support
oversee all administrative and logistical functions to ensure smooth factory operations.
cross-functional collaboration
work closely with finance, operations, and production teams to ensure policy compliance, provide guidance, and drive process improvements.requirements:
education & language
bachelor's degree or above.
professional working proficiency in english (spanish is a strong plus).
experience
minimum 2 years of work experience in mexico.
prior experience in setting up a manufacturing facility from scratch for a chinese company overseas is highly preferred.
