**Responsibilities**:
- Make the accounting record of the company's operations.
- Track billing, payments and collections.
- Support for the preparation of the monthly and annual accounting closing. Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Plan and manage travel arrangements, process expense reports, and manage calendars for various leaders.
- Receive and accompany visitors.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, both national and international.
- Responsible for meeting room management. Administrative support.
Experience required for the position.
- Recent **accounting graduate**, (degree process)
- 6 months of experience as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (desirable) Experience in customer service.
- Ability to manage deadlines and manage priorities.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Organization and detail orientation.
- Problem solving skills.
