role overview
we’re hiring an experienced fx trader to lead pricing, risk management, and execution of fx and stablecoin flows across our global counterparty network. You’ll manage positions, optimize hedging strategies, oversee flow and relationships, and help scale our stablecoin business. This is a high-impact, hands-on role working directly with the ceo, cto, and head of trading.
responsibilities
* price and manage fx and stablecoin flow across centralized and decentralized venues.
* execute and hedge flow in real-time using derivatives, stablecoins, and on-chain tools.
* maintain and improve position management frameworks, pnl, and risk dashboards.
* build and scale automated trading and hedging strategies for fx and stablecoins.
* manage trading relationships with liquidity providers, counterparties, banks and exchanges.
* support the growth of our stablecoin business by identifying and executing new corridors and opportunities.
* collaborate with tech to improve infrastructure, trading tools, and automation pipelines.
* stay on top of everything that moves fx markets—central bank policy, interest rates, tariffs, macroeconomic data, geopolitical events, and evolving crypto regulations.
* partner with sales and trading teams to support counterparts coverage and flow.
* monitor trade performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of strategies and risk frameworks.
requirements
* 5+ years of experience in fx and/or crypto trading (spot, forwards, ndfs).
* proven track record in managing trading risk and executing across multiple venues.
* strong grasp of market structure, pricing dynamics, and counterparty relationships.
* proficient in python or similar for trading automation and analytics.
* deep understanding of macroeconomic factors and regulatory trends affecting financial markets, mainly focused on fx and stablecoins.
* excellent communication and commercial mindset.
* bachelor’s or master’s in engineering, finance, economics, computer science, or related field.
nice to have
* prior experience building or scaling a stablecoin trading business.
* familiarity with cross-border payment flows and emerging market fx.
* knowledge of defi platforms, stablecoin protocols, or tokenized fiat.
