Distribute, coordinate, assign, management and control the activities carried out in the production area in order to comply with established programs. Manage the work material and the personnel under your charge, enforcing the regulations, policies and internal procedures and the established Quality System
Key Responsibilities
- Comply with the established production program, following up on the quality system policies.
- Enforce work instructions in accordance with product quality specifications.
- Prepare daily required production reports.
- Show commitment, directing and supporting the people in charge to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality system.
- Promote and communicate the results and/or effectiveness of their processes, as well as the actions and/or reaction plan when they apply.
- Comply with the quality objectives of the position and the strategic objectives of the company.
- Comply with the guidelines of the quality system.
- Develop production schedules and timelines.
- Allocate resources (materials, labor, equipment).
- Forecast production needs based on demand.
- Supervise production staff and team leads.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Ensure proper training and development.
- Reduce operational costs without compromising quality.
- Analyze variances and implement corrective actions.
- Work with engineering, maintenance, HR, and logistics.

Experience: Management of people, 3 years as a Production Manager in manufacturing company.

- Explanation and understanding of acceptance criteria, non-conforming material and DPPM
- Quality monitoring and measurement
- Use and management of measurement equipment
- Use and management of GFI, ESF, EMS, ECN, IT and BOM's, processes area production
- Filling out the production blackboard
- Use and management of QMS
- Use and management of MP9 for maintenance
- Use and management of TRESS software
- Use and management of the performance report per worker, understanding of the production program.
