results-driven facilities engineer and architect with extensive experience managing large-scale construction and remodeling projects for ford and lincoln dealership networks. Expert in aligning architectural design with global brand standards, optimizing business models, and leading strategic initiatives such as network electrification and the 'blue certificate' program. Proven track record in stakeholder management, market potential analysis, and ensuring operational excellence through rigorous technical inspections.
Responsibilities
what you'll do…
project lifecycle management: oversee the end-to-end execution of construction projects for ford and lincoln, including new builds, remodeling, relocations, and facility downsizing.
Brand standards & compliance: authorize architectural plans and manage technical documentation (facility & image manuals) to ensure 100% alignment with global brand image guidelines.
Strategic network evolution: lead infrastructure transitions for the dealer network’s electrification (ev) strategy and implement facility models for the “blue certificate” program.
Business & market intelligence: optimize dealership business models and conduct market potential analyses to provide data-driven recommendations and roi validation to the market representation committee.
Stakeholder collaboration: serve as the primary technical liaison for dealers, providing expert guidance on facility optimization, brand integration, and centralized plan management.
On-site quality assurance: conduct rigorous field inspections to verify construction progress, monitor project timelines, and ensure strict adherence to approved architectural specifications.
Qualifications
education: bachelor’s degree in architecture.
3-5+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction and remodeling projects.
Technical software: autocad, microsoft office suite (advanced excel), docusign
strong english proficiency (written, read, and oral).
Availability to travel
