we're looking for a senior financial plant analyst to join our team!
in this role, you'll lead financial planning, cost analysis, and control activities at the plant level, working closely with both our mabe finance team and ge appliances u. S. teams to support strategic decision-making.
what you'll be doing:leading the annual operating plan (aop), forecasts, and long-range planningoverseeing standard costing, bom accuracy, and manufacturing variance analysisacting as a key financial advisor to operations and microenterprise teamsmanaging export finance oversight (transfer pricing, margin analysis, fx impact)ensuring timely monthly close, reporting, and compliance with us gaap / ifrs
what we're looking for:~ bachelor's in finance or accounting (mba, cpa, or cma preferred)~5+ years of experience, including 3+ in a manufacturing environment~ expertise in sap, advanced excel, and cost accounting~ bilingual: english & spanish required~ experience in export-oriented or fx-sensitive environments is a plus
