Qa engineer – manual & api testing
at itj, we're looking for a detail-oriented qa engineer who truly cares about product quality and enjoys being the bridge between business needs and technical execution.

what you'll do
* perform manual testing of enterprise web applications
* design, develop, and execute detailed test cases for new features
* conduct api testing (postman or similar tools) to ensure data integrity and security
* validate multi-step workflows and role-based access scenarios
* collaborate closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
* act as a liaison between offshore, nearshore, and onsite teams
* create and maintain test documentation (test plans, test cases, reports)
* participate actively in agile ceremonies and provide feedback to improve product quality
* define timelines and estimations from a qa perspective
* communicate regularly with onsite managers and stakeholders
what we're looking for
* bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent experience)
* hands-on experience testing enterprise web applications
* strong functional testing skills (ui, api, integration testing)
* solid understanding of role-based access validation and complex workflows
* strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
* ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
* good english communication skills (written and verbal)

* experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or clinical workflows
* familiarity with patient data flows, lab processes, or regulated environments
