Your tasks
- develop and implement ppi procedures and documentation for new and existing products
- design and draw in 3d software molds and tooling for new products
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes
- conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming parts
- prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to management and clients
- stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance in all processes
- provide technical support and training to production teams on ppi-related topics
- participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
- occasionally travel to client sites or manufacturing facilities as needed
*profile*:
- bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or related field)
- advanced english & spanish
- experience:
- rubber industry (mandatory)
- analyzing machinery drives and pulleys-belts systems to transfer power is highly preferred.
- in a similar role or related field, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
- manufacturing processes and quality control systems
- knowledge:
- production part approval process (ppap) or relevant industry standards
- cad software, 3d designing ( mechanical)
- problem-solving and analytical skills
- read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- industry-specific regulations and standards
- willingness to travel occasionally as required by the role
