We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. Work you'll do/responsibilitiesas a senior consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. Define sales-aligned partner marketing strategy that supports google cloud priorities, solution areas, and partner-led demand generation goals build annual and quarterly partner marketing plans, including objectives, okrs, success metrics, budget guidance, and execution milestones as part of the structured planning cycle partner with sales, regional stakeholders, product marketing, finance, and operations to gather inputs, prioritize investments, and align on major campaigns and market shifts shape partner programs across the buyer funnel, ensuring clear linkage between awareness, consideration, demand generation, qso creation, pipeline progression, and revenue outcomes drive planning across direct and partner channels, with a strong understanding of partner co-op, mdf/ppf, referrals, events, content promotion, and other scaled tactics apply the global / regional / local operating model to determine what should be developed globally, adapted regionally, and executed locally for partner marketing programs establish performance reporting and business review cadences, using monthly and quarterly rhythm of the business processes to assess health, identify gaps, and recommend course corrections use data and insights to improve marketing efficiency, optimize investment decisions, and increase partner-sourced pipeline and revenue impact collaborate cross-functionally with strategy & operations, demand teams, regional s&o, and partner stakeholders to drive executional clarity and operational excellencethe teamour deloittecustomerteam empowers organizations to build deeper relationships with customers through innovative strategies, advanced analytics, generative ai, transformative technologies, and creative design. Our team balances business strategy, technology, creativity, and ongoing managed services to solve the biggest problems that affect customers, partners, constituents, and the workforce.qualifications required 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience completion of course of study/egresado in computer science/it/computer engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions advanced english level experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, growth marketing, gtm strategy, or marketing strategy & operations strong experience aligning marketing plans to sales priorities, pipeline goals, and business growth objectives demonstrated ability to build annual plans, okrs, kpi frameworks, and executive-ready strategy briefs strong understanding of demand generation and funnel management, including lead creation, routing, attribution, and pipeline measurement experience working in complex cross-functional organizations with global and regional stakeholders strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn data into recommendations and executive updates proven ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize across multiple workstreams, and drive decisions through influencepreferred experience in cloud, saas, enterprise technology, or partner ecosystem environments familiarity with google cloud or hyperscaler go-to-market models experience with partner-funded programs, joint gtm motions, and regional planning background in marketing performance, planning operations, or strategy & operations experience supporting executive reviews and structured operating cadencesour people and culture our inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contribute to their unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
