objective:
lead the creation, adaptation, and optimization of high-impact creative assets that drive digital marketing performance, supporting client acquisition and brand growth. This role ensures the delivery of visually compelling, platform-optimized content that increases engagement, improves advertising effectiveness, and generates measurable results, while maintaining high creative standards and supporting scalable campaign execution.
responsabilities:
* performance creative production: design and produce high-performing creative assets for digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as: meta (facebook and instagram), tiktok, youtube, linkedin, display and digital advertising networks.
* short-form video editing: edit and optimize short-form video content for social media and paid advertising platforms including instagram reels, tiktok videos, youtube shorts, paide video ads, testimonial videos, user-generated content (ugg-style creatives).
* creative performance optimization: continuously refine and iterate creative assets based on campaign performance data such as: engagement rates, click-through rates, video retention metrics, conversion performance.
* creative performance testing: develop and iterate multiple creative variations to support advertising campaigns by testing different: hooks, visual styles, messaging approaches, video openings, call-to-action formats.
* visual leadership and brand consistency: maintain and evolve brand visual standards across all marketing and communication channels consist of: typography, color systems, layout structures, motion styles, social media presentation
* high-volume creative execution: produce and manage a steady pipeline of creative assets across multiple campaigns and platforms: social media placements, paid advertising formats, website visuals, print marketing materials, outdoor advertising adaptation
* cross-functional collaboration: work closely with marketing leadership, paid media specialists, social media teams, content creators, legal and compliance teams.
* freelance coordination: collaborate with freelance designers, video editors, or creative contributors to support campaign production.
* innovation and trend awareness: monitor emerging trends in social media designs formats, motion graphic tools, ai-assisted creative platforms, digital advertising formats.

* bachelor´s degree in graphic design, multimedia design, visual communication or related field
mandatory experience:
* experience in graphic design, digital marketing creative or multimedia content production
* experience editing short-form social media video content
* experience designing paid advertising creative for social media platforms
* experience in managing multiple creative projects simultaneously
* proficiency in adobe photoshop, illustrator, after effects, premiere pro
