 
        
        The Account Manager manages, maintains and strengthens existing customer relationships as a key representative of the company. He/she identifies, studies and develops sales growth opportunities and strategies with potential and current customers. 
**KEY RESPONSABILITIES** 
Establishes and maintains effective customer relations with key decision-makers; 
Identifies new business opportunities; 
Manages customer purchase orders and forecasts: price changes, annual price updates, changes in requirements, system acceptance, etc. 
Ensures contract review upon receipt of a customer purchase order; 
Accelerates the resolution of customer problems and/or concerns; 
Responsible for writing and presenting sales proposals; 
Acts as "administrative project manager" for the various internal and external parties involved in the development of new parts (follow-up/recovery) requested by the customer; 
Participates in the preparation of company budgets for assigned customers; 
Follows up on files in progress, quotations, orders, invoices and surcharges; 
All other related tasks. 
**Academic Education** 
University degree or college diploma with relevant experience. 
**Experience** 
Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in customer account management and/or business development; 
Experience in negotiations and bidding. 
**Knowledge and skills** 
Mastery of the Microsoft 365; 
Knowledge of ERP software - an asset; 
Bilingual, both written and spoken (English).
