Main Responsabilities
- Review all customer requirements (Forecast quintimestral report).
- Manage client work schedules.
- Analyze requirement trends at least 5 months into the future.
- Update information on customer portals
- Follow up until final delivery of finished products. Provide customer service on delivery related issues.
- Ensure reliable deliveries (Dock Audit, ASN on time, No discrepancies).
- Management of customer owned equipment (Equipment Rotation & Maintenance).
- Product labeling management at final delivery stage.
- FIFO (PEPS)
- Finished Parts Inventory Control
- Review all customer requirements (quintimestral Forecast Report).
- Management of customer owned equipment (Equipment Rotation & Maintenance) 20.
- Product labeling management in final phase of deliveries.

- Finished Parts Inventory Control Follow up until final delivery of finished products.
- Provide customer service on delivery related issues.
- Ensure reliable deliveries (Dock Audit, ASN on time, No discrepancies).

- Update information on client portals Manage recovery plans according to the BTS (Built to Schedule).
- Analyzes variations in customer requirements against nomination letter (maximum capacity offered).
Qualifications:
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
- Working Experience: +1 year experience in Automotive Industry
- Language: Conversational English
- Knowledge &Skill;: Customer portals, Analytical, Vision towards planning
