Maintain department standards while delivering exceptional customer service in a highly professional environment. Utilize early-stage collection negotiation strategies to help customers stay current or reduce their delinquency status
*schedule*:
- training schedule (2 weeks): mon to fri (8:00am to 5:00pm)
- morning shift: mon to thur (08:00am - 6:00pm) and fri and sat (08:00am to 5:00pm)
- late shift: all week (11:00am - 8:00pm)
- 2 days off (sunday + 1 week day off)
- 2 breaks of 15 minutes / lunch time 1 hour
*profile*:
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years of experience in customer service or related field
- excellent customer service skills
- excellent communication skills
- proficient with microsoft (excel, powerpoint, etc.)
- bilingual english/spanish is a must
- making outbound calls on repossessed accounts
- receiving inbound redemption calls
- making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due.
- identifying accounts that require management review.
- providing outstanding customer service
- maintaining required standards set by the department.
- adherence to company policies and procedures
