*qualifications*:* minimum qualifications,*
you must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:
- active student in computer science, information management/systems, mathematics, or related field (remain as an active student for at least 1 year).
- 6+ months of experience in linux and/or windows os (preferably both).
- 6+ months of experience with linux and/or windows command line (preferably both).
- 3+ months of experience git/github version control.
- 6+ months of experience working on python and/or shell scripting (preferably both).
- willing to work in mornings (cst), this position will be interacting with other teams in europe and mexico.
- intermediate to advanced english level.
- have a legal permit to work in mexico.
- the position is located in mexico, it is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship.
*preferred qualifications,*
- familiar with the software development lifecycle.
- familiar with continuous integration and continuous delivery (ci/cd) automation tools. (jenkins, github actions)
- cloud native technologies (k8s, docker, containers, vms).
- intermediate debugging and automation development skills.
