* responsible for (exterior, interior, chassis, ee commodity) accessories development
* good knowledge on apqp process and follow with team to get product launch on time.
* prepare the feasibility review, technical review, & process documents for review.
* release source packages based on the product requirement.
* plan, coordinate and execute technical reviews with the potential suppliers for new products.
* understand the vehicle and product design to support supplier on the design and approval.
* develop tool, die, fixtures with supplier and kick off.
* co-ordinate across cross functional teams / suppliers for smooth work flow.
* initiate engineering changes and track it till implementation.
* document all projects relevant engineering approvals and documents.
* lessons learned: gather historical data on regulatory documents and summarize all lessons learned to define corrective actions for next generation product launches.

qualifications:

education: bachelors in mechanical engineering

experience: essential: 3+ years of experience in product development, automobile industry. Desirable: experience in (exterior, interior, chassis, ee commodity) accessories development.

specific skill requirement

* intermediate skill set in nx, and ability to understand the cae analysis
* good knowledge in mold flow analysis and ability to understand the reports
* good knowledge in gd&t concepts & change management.
* have experience in injection molding, blow molding process.
