we're expanding our digital team and are looking for a talented *community manager based in tijuana* to join us remotely and bring fresh energy to the communities we build.
*what you'll do*:
- manage and grow social media communities across instagram, facebook, tiktok, and more
- respond to comments, dms, and mentions with brand-appropriate voice and tone
- collaborate with our creative team to plan and schedule content
- monitor social trends and jump on opportunities to boost engagement
- assist in influencer outreach and online campaigns
- track performance and prepare basic engagement and growth reports
- represent the venz media standard of creativity, consistency, and community
*what we're looking for*:
- based in *tijuana* with the ability to work remotely
- *bilingual* in spanish and english (written & verbal)
- 1-2+ years of experience in social media or community management
- familiar with canva, meta business suite, and other scheduling/content tools
- great at communication, super organized, and always up to date with trends
- creative mindset with a passion for connecting people online
*bonus points if you have*:
- experience with influencer marketing or paid ads
- basic photo/video editing skills
- worked with agencies or managed multiple client accounts
