*company description*ccor is a global leader in the hospitality industry, renowned for operating a wide range of luxury, midscale, and economy hotels in over 100 countries.we are committed to creating unparalleled and unforgettable experiences for our guests.our dedication to sustainability and responsible business practices underscores our goal of making a positive global impact.this role will directly support accor's luxury & lifestyle division, bringing together accor's luxury brands as well as the group's lifestyle entity, ennismore, and covering 500+ hotels globally and 300+ new properties in development.this division focused on luxury and lifestyle is structured by brand around 4 pillars: raffles & orient express, fairmont, sofitel & mgallery, and ennismore.we are committed to strengthening the identities of these iconic brands, investing in top talents, selecting the best locations and offering unique and innovative experiences.- *key responsibilities*:- liaise with owners and representatives to introduce preferred solutions across categories- lead the procurement strategy for luxury hotel openings, ensuring high-quality standards in alignment with brand requirements.- develop and manage the procurement timeline and budget for pre-opening projects to ensure successful and timely openings.- collaborate with project stakeholders, including technical and design, international purchasing, management control, and legal departments, to align procurement efforts with project goals.- oversee the feasibility studies and preliminary estimates related to procurement needs for each project.- create, implement, and maintain tracking tools to monitor procurement progress and facilitate detailed reporting to senior management.- provide guidance to third party procurement agents- manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality, pricing, and timely delivery of ff&e and os&e.- coordinate logístical follow-up for procurement orders until installation on site, ensuring adherence to timeline and budget constraints.- establish performance metrics and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of procurement processes, identifying areas for improvement.- ensure compliance with international procurement regulations and standards across all projects.- organize development sessions and meetings with stakeholders to facilitate technical and operational planning*qualifications*- bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, hospitality, or a related field (mba or master's preferred).- 8-10 years of experience in procurement and project management within the luxury hospitality sector or a reputable hotel procurement agency with international exposure.- deep knowledge of supplier markets and regulatory environments in mexico and the caribbean.- proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate large-scale agreements in a premium or luxury setting- strong understanding of ff&e and os&e categories, along with luxury lifestyle hotel concepts.- strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.- proficiency in procurement software, data tools, and digital sourcing platforms.- fluent in spanish and english; french is a strong plus.- willingness to travel up to 10% regionally and internationally.- i'm interested*additional information* our commitment to diversity & inclusion*:we are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.*why work for accor?*we are far more than a worldwide leader.we welcome you as you are and you can find a job and brand that matches your personality.we support you to grow and learn every day, making sure that work brings purpose to your life, so that during your journey with us, you can continue to explore accor's limitless possibilities.do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo!*#belimitless*li-gy1
