assist inside sales reps with data analysis, order entry, account management and quoting activities.
This is a temporary position for 6 months with the possibility to renew for another 6months for a total of 12 months.
This position reports to customer service supervisor
experiência y requisitos
- currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field. (preferred)
- strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to customer inquiries.
- basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, outlook).
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
- detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
- problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- availability to commit to the internship duration and schedule.
