We're looking for a highly strategic and results-driven senior sem specialist to lead performance marketing initiatives across paid search and paid social.in this role, you will own the full lifecycle of campaigns from strategy and execution to advanced analytics and automation. This client-facing role will drive scalable growth and mentor team members from our marketing department for cohesive marketing. Key responsibilitiescampaign management and growth own and lead sem strategy across google ads (search, performance max, demand gen) and paid social platforms. Define growth strategies and performance targets to hit client goals architect and optimize standard campaign structures using automation (smart bidding, audience signals, broad match strategies). Manage large budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels. Continuously test and iterate across audiences, creatives, and funnel stages.data, attribution & tracking lead implementation and auditing ofga4, google tag manager, and server-side tracking. (we do have in-house developers to assist with server-side work when needed) ensure data accuracy and proper attribution across channels. Use client data and external tools to enhance targeting and performance.analytics & visualization design and maintain advanced dashboards inlooker studio. Translate data into strategic insights and present performance to stakeholders or clients. Present detailed performance reporting and improvement/growth plans clearly to clientsautomation & innovation implement and scale automations using scripts, rules, apis, and third-party tools. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through ai and workflow automation. Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously evolve campaign strategies.qualifications 4+ years of experience in sem / paid media proven success managinghigh-budget campaigns and driving measurable growth expertise ingoogle ads (including performance max and automation strategies) strong proficiency inga4, google tag manager, and attribution modeling advanced experience withlooker studio experience implementingautomations (scripts, apis, or tools) some experience with feed-based campaigns and google merchant center strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsnice-to-have experience withserver-side tagging experience inecommerce or lead generation at scale streaming/ctv ads unified/centralized reporting of key metrics across dozens of clients in a single dashboardto apply ready to run your own sem department?
