we're looking for an experienced and highly skilled guidewire business analystto join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key player in driving business solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those requirements into actionable plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
key responsibilities
lead and conduct detailed business analysis to identify, validate, and document business needs.
collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (brds), functional specifications, and user stories.
facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders at all levels.
act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding.
provide expert guidance on best practices for business analysis and process improvement.
mentor and guide junior business analysts.
manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
qualifications
experience: a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst, with a significant portion in a senior or lead role.
education: bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related field.
skills:gidewire claims experienced, testing, insurance.
strong analytical skills: the ability to dissect complex problems and synthesize information effectively.
excellent communication: both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
technical proficiency: experience with project management tools (e.g., jira, trello) and business analysis software.
leadership qualities: proven ability to lead and influence project teams and stakeholders.
problem-solving: a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
certifications: professional certifications such as cbap (certified business analysis professional) or pmi-pba (pmi professional in business analysis) are a strong plus.
