We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented *program coordinator* to join our team and support the planning, execution, and management of a dynamic events program, particularly targeting developer communities.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for fostering learning and engagement through virtual and in-person events.
*responsibilities*
- provide support for planning and executing virtual and in-person event campaigns, with a focus on developer communities
- organize and coordinate virtual events such as webinars, workshops, and meetups to enhance engagement and knowledge-sharing
- ensure seamless execution of the events program by managing communication with stakeholders, speakers, and facilitators while adhering to timelines and processes
- create and develop content in english, including communication materials, program documentation, speaker decks, and blog posts
- establish and improve processes for program efficiency, including tracking kpis and okrs through reporting and metrics
- collaborate closely with the program team to align on goals and ensure flawless execution
*requirements*:
- 5+ years of professional experience in project and/or program management, ideally within developer relations or tech marketing
- background in planning and executing virtual campaigns and events, with emphasis on technology products or developer-centric audiences
- strong understanding of marketing and communication principles, with the ability to create tailored content for diverse audiences
- proficiency in written and verbal english communication
- expertise in conducting research, analyzing data, and creating reports to monitor performance against kpis and okrs
- competency in organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- strong sense of ownership and autonomy in daily responsibilities
- ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams

- familiarity with google technologies, particularly firebase products
- experience interacting with developer communities or working with technical audiences
- proficiency in google workspace tools such as google sheets, google docs, google drive, and gmail
