- job summary:
the dispatcher is responsible for controlling and following up on the delivery of information to the shop floor. This position maintains constant communication with the production area, monitors, and ensures that id tag information and the production schedule for small parts are delivered and executed on time.
- key responsibilities:
• control and execution of the weekly id tag cutting schedule.
• control and execution of the weekly accessory cutting schedule (nesting).
• support in the order release process in the system (production scheduling in the system).
• preparation of weekly reports for production and materials.
- skills and requirements:
• engineering degree (industrial, mechanical, or related).
• strong communication and organizational skills.
• ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
• advanced knowledge of microsoft office (excel, outlook, teams).
• problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• advanced knowledge of technical drawing interpretation.
• ability to manage and control a high volume of documentation.
- preferred qualifications:
• conversational english level.
• experience using pronest software.
