*responsibilities*:
- requirements definition.
- data modeling.
- build and maintain test data.
- assist with sql and performance tuning.
- quality assurance (efficient sql statements and index strategy, programming best practices).
- design and implement a standard testing methodology that includes reporting, measuring and assessing performance results.
- constant looking for ways to improve system performance.
- respond to prod database-related app issues and incidents.
- troubleshooting and solving performance issues.
- logical database refreshes (schema-based).
- support governance compliance in non-prod databases (data redaction).
- respond to database-related issues and incidents, and help with troubleshooting and solving.

*requirements*:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- +2 years of proven experience troubleshooting performance issues and doing sql tuning.
- strong organizational and time-management skills.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- adaptability and flexibility to changing circumstances and priorities.
- proficiency in relevant systems and technologies.
