Overview: we are seeking a versatile and highly organized content production resource manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role is perfect for a natural‑born project manager who also has a passion for producing high‑quality content. You will serve as the central hub for our content creation engine, connecting client strategy, creative execution, and operational excellence.
what you’ll do
* project & resource management
o oversee end-to-end lifecycle of content production projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery that exceeds expectations.
o manage and allocate internal and freelance writers, designers, and editors based on capacity and project pipelines.
o translate client needs and strategic goals into clear, actionable briefs using project management tools like monday.com.
* account & client management
o act as the primary department point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships around trust and results.
o lead department communications, including kick‑off meetings, progress updates, and feedback sessions.
* content strategy & quality control
o partner with seo and strategy teams to ensure all content is on‑brand, optimized for performance, and aligned with client objectives.
o serve as the final checkpoint for quality, proofreading and editing creative assets—video, copy, graphics—before client review or publication.
* hands‑on production
o take the lead in producing seo pages, video and photo ads, social media posts, and web assets.
o proactively solve problems, manage logistics, and find creative solutions to production challenges.
requirements
* versatile professional comfortable discussing high‑level brand strategy, managing complex project plans in monday.com, and coordinating team resources.
* track record of juggling multiple projects in a fast‑paced agency environment.
* a strategic thinker who also gets "in the trenches" to manage the "how".
* strong leader, collaborator, and communicator with creatives, strategists, and clients.
* excellent relationship‑building skills and diplomacy with diverse high‑performing personalities.

* comfortable working with remote teams and clients across time zones.
skills & qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in project management, account management, and/or content production within an agency or in‑house marketing team.
* demonstrated experience managing production of digital content: videos, web content, and social media campaigns.
* proficiency with project management software (e.g., monday.com, wrike, jira, airtable).
* deep understanding of the creative process and ability to provide constructive feedback to writers, designers, and editors.
* exceptional client‑facing communication and presentation skills.
* familiarity with seo principles as they apply to content creation.
* experience with tools such as google workspace, figma, and chatgpt.
