you will ensure alignment with kone policies, processes, and procedures, as well as those defined by global development, process owners, and business units—this includes external suppliers and partners. You’ll also identify and share best practices within your team and across other units to strengthen collective performance.
your responsibilities will include investigating key developments in your field, analyzing complex issues systematically, and distinguishing essential data from irrelevant details. You will identify root causes, propose practical solutions, and explore various alternatives to tackle challenges with a structured, results-oriented approach.
