Prepare pre-invoices and submit them to clients for validation and approval, including follow-up when purchase orders are required. Issue invoices using contpaq comercial and external invoicing systems (sat and/or client portals). Generate payment complements. Manage and track excel files related to clients' billing history, invoicing, and collections follow-up. Send invoices to clients via email and/or upload documentation to client portals. Control and report any incidents or variances identified during operations to other areas (account management and finance).
