job description
this position will be responsible for the digital acquisition of proprietary external cards through our referral program, managing strategies within our internal ecosystem and on external platforms. The role will also focus on optimizing results and investments (cpa). Additionally, the person will design, plan, and execute new opportunities to grow the channel.
* plan and define channel annual goals and quarterly forecasts, driving the team to achieve targets.
* manage strategies to increase referral volume, working with all business units to improve communication of the loyalty program.
* understand e2e ux & analytics reports to define marketing and ux testing and enhancements, maximizing growth and optimizing budgets to improve the cardmembers' experience across all touchpoints.
* monitor best practices from other markets to define short- and long-term strategies for growth and innovation.
* measure, analyze, and report on acquisition performance.
qualifications
* university degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
* minimum of 5 years of experience in online marketing and digital sales in a performance-driven environment.
* experience with referral, rewards, and loyalty programs (preferred).
* strong ability to work independently, goal-oriented, and results-focused.
* high proficiency in stakeholder management across product, tech, brand, customer service, and sales teams.
* strategic thinker with commercial acumen—understands client business drivers and can propose new solutions.
* proven ability to drive results and develop winning strategies; not afraid to challenge the status quo.
* strong analytical skills.
* ability to operate independently and proactively.
* experience in strategic planning, translating business objectives into actionable plans.
