currently, we have subsidiaries in jiaxing and lishui, zhejiang, and los angeles, usa, and a japanese subsidiary under construction.
activities:
1.responsible for financial management from the establishment to the operation of overseas manufacturing bases.
2.
coordinate and facilitate the approval process, design planning, construction, production, and output improvement of the overseas manufacturing base by collaborating with local government, consulting agencies, and the company headquarters.
3.
as a core member, participate in management decision-making support before mass production at the overseas manufacturing base, ensure smooth operation of basic business processes, conduct risk assessments, and refine related management systems.
4.
establish the financial system of the overseas manufacturing base, train and mentor local talent, maintain effective communication with the company headquarters and subsidiary in the united states, and ensure consistent and smooth operation mechanisms.
*requirements*:

minimum of 3 years of experience in finance-related roles, with preference for experience in advisory auditing and related work.
strong financial management capabilities and relevant experience, along with excellent team management and organizational skills.

fluent in spanish and proficient in written and spoken english, with the ability to use them as the primary languages for daily work.
4.
diligent, detail-oriented, innovative, adaptable, eager to learn, and able to handle challenges.
5.
strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
8.
holding a mexican visa and willingness to accept overseas assignments is preferred.
