We're looking for a highly skilled, creative video editor to join our marketing team.
you'll blend strong storytelling with technical excellence to produce compelling video content for social, web, and digital campaigns that stays on-brand and drives results.

*what you'll do*
- *edit & produce*: turn raw footage into polished videos for social (reels, tiktok), ads, landing pages, and brand campaigns.
- *creative development*: collaborate on concepts, scripts, and storyboards; craft animated intros/openers and on-brand lower thirds/text treatments.
- *social-first content*: create short-form content that hooks fast and performs on each platform's specs and best practices.
- *color & audio*: perform basic color grading and audio cleanup to ensure a professional, consistent look and sound.
- *marketing alignment*: partner with strategists and content creators to ensure every video supports campaign objectives and kpis.
*quality & delivery*: optimize formats for each platform, manage assets, and meet tight deadlines.
*must-haves*
- *100% bilingual (english & spanish)* — required.
- *1+ year of hands-on content creation/editing experience* (no interns or recent graduates).
- strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- proactive, feedback-friendly, and focused on continuous improvement.
- ability to work under pressure and deliver on time.
- clear communication with technical and non-technical teammates.
*tools & technical skills*
- *adobe premiere pro* (expert) and *after effects* (proficient).
- proficiency in *photoshop* and *illustrator* for complementary graphic adjustments.
- knowledge of *motion graphics* and *basic animation*.
- familiarity with aspect ratios, codecs, captions, and platform export settings.
*nice to have*
- experience editing interviews, testimonials, and documentary-style content.
- experience tailoring content for *reels* and *tiktok* trends.portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling and brand consistency.

- bachelor's in digital/multimedia/graphic design, marketing, or related field — or equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio.
