this role supports the sap s4 intergration capabilities of the pepsico global template (built through sap s4 concepts). As a solution architect associate manager this role will span across multiple disciplines and integrations within the pbna pgt space. The solution architect will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic solutions. This role will adopt and adhere to agile principles for the global template project. This role will work with senior leadership and enterprise architecture to craft and communicate strategy across pbna pgt organization. Drive a partnership with innovation, product managers, business team to realize new capabilities, modernize existing capabilities with future roadmaps. Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn realize poc, pilot and create a sustain plan.

as associate manager, sap s4 integration (solution architect) your scope would consist of:
- partner and collaborate with global process and solution design leads to deploy the end-to-end solution - accountable
- support decision-making for functionality in the pgt during deployment - accountable
- ensure pepsico policies reflected in the pgt are implemented to standard with appropriate localization - consult / execute
- actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities - consult / execute
- ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the pbna business units - consult / execute
- collaborate with all scrum teams to deploy the end-to-end global erp solution leveraging agile methodology - consult / execute
- work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against - consult / execute
- along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - consult / execute
qualifications:

education
- bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
experience
- 5-9+ years of experience
- sap s4 experience
- record of success in deploying an e2e sap solution (desirable)
- strong understanding of the sap e2e integration with the different sap modules
- aware of the sap security design implications
- demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the project team
- ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
- knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: sap solman 7+, ms azure devops, quality center and ms project
- solves complex problems within their work team
- ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
- adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
- consulting background a plus
