the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening client relationships across latin america. They will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives, identify new business opportunities in the 3pl sector, manage key accounts, and lead the sales team to exceed targets.
key responsibilities:
* develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the latam region.
* identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions.
* build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
* lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team to achieve revenue goals.
* collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in business administration, international trade, logistics, or related field (mba preferred).
* 10+ years of progressive sales experience in contract logistics, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
* strong understanding of 3pl operations, including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and customs processes.
* excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
