Position: cellular & satellite connectivity project manager [availability to work in the office at least 2 days per week] job summary key responsibilities: establish cellular and satellite it network infrastructure delivery standard processes, procedures, runbooks, playbooks, workflows, and racis. Update them as required. Detect, analyze, evaluate, and overcome issues, risks, and opportunities across multiple parallel projects; provide suitable plans and solutions. Engage infrastructure delivery lead as needed. Partner with infrastructure delivery lead and financial analyst to control the program budget. Collaborate with asset management analyst, project managers, and infrastructure delivery lead to plan, deliver, and control project assets. Facilitate effective communication channels between vendors, business partners, project managers, and stakeholders; coordinate cross-project initiatives as required. Ensure project repositories are updated with key documentation before, during, and after cutover dates, in compliance with internal quality standards. Manage stakeholders effectively. Perform assessments and evaluations for project managers, vendors, and staff. Assess program performance and aim to exceed business expectations. Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement. Qualifications: advanced english communication skills. Minimum 5 years of proven program management experience in it network infrastructure. At least 3 years of experience deploying cellular technologies such as 4g & 5g. Deep technical knowledge of satellite technologies like starlink is a plus. Ccna certification is a plus; knowledge of cisco technologies is required. Hold any two of the following certifications: safe popm (scaled agile framework product owner/product manager) pmi-dasm (disciplined agile scrum master) knowledge of performance evaluation.
