Hmd trucking inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented it specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company where innovation is embraced, and every team member plays a critical role in our success.
*what you’ll do*
- provide support and maintenance for users' pcs, tablets, software, and printers/scanners in the office and remotely.
- troubleshoot software and hardware for end users
- set up, configure, and distribute it equipment for new hires.
- manage pbx system and provision ip phones.
- configure firewalls, routers, and other networking equipment.
- ensure the security and confidentiality of it systems and company data.
*what we’re looking for*
- proficiency in english (spoken and written) is required.
- minimum 2 years of experience in an it-related field.
- strong technical and software knowledge, including pc setup and phone system management.
- ability to solve problems and think critically under pressure.
- strong time-management and multitasking skills.
- a deep understanding of it security and confidentiality best practices.
