Responsibilities
* accounts payable is responsible for ensuring the correct recording and timely payment of invoices, maintaining current account payable levels and maintaining up to date reconciliation of supplier account statements.
* freight and customs expenses levels monitoring, as well as their comparison against the forecast.
* record of daily operations
* release of invoices for payment according to the payment schedule
* reconciliation with national suppliers
* national vendor portfolio control
* freight and customs expenses
* register and verification of cards corporate validation.
* cleaning of accounts and balance integration
* resolution of problem with internal/external suppliers.
* attention to financial, corporate, internal, external audit, etc.
* support in annual physical inventory activitiessupport of different areas in accounting information/reports
qualifications
* public accountant, financial administration or related career.
* minium 1 year of experience in a similar position.
* experience in the automotive industry (will be a plus)
