sales engineer
to lead business development in mexico and contribute to the expansion of its operations across the region.

missions
* reporting to the country manager in mexico and working closely with the european headquarters, you will
lead the commercial development
of the local subsidiary.
* you are responsible for
identifying
and
managing
new business opportunities
and
supporting customers
with tailored robotic solutions.
* you will oversee the
entire sales cycle
, from prospecting to project handover, and work in collaboration with technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
* you will conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations of agvs and amrs to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of the client solutions.
* you will lead contract and commercial negotiations with key clients, securing strategic agreements and fostering long-term partnerships.

the company in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
* your presence in the field and ability to
understand technical and operational challenges

profile
* you have a
degree in engineering
(industrial, mechatronics, logistics, manufacturing, or related fields in sales) and at least +3
years of experience in b2b technical sales
in an industrial environment.
* you are confident working in consultative sales roles and have strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
* you are comfortable selling
high-value solutions
and engaging in
technical discussions
related to automation, supply chain, or production flows. Experience in the robotics or automation industry is a strong plus.
* you are
proactive

. You enjoy developing new client relationships and working on solutions tailored to industrial challenges.
* you speak
english at a intermediate to advanced level
(sufficient for technical communication). Familiarity with methodologies such as

and available to travel frequently across mexico (up to 80%). A valid
