Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and documentation.
- Develop user personas, user journeys, and user workflows.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive business analyst backlog plan.
- Manage and align stakeholder expectations with project goals.
- Ramp up quickly on new business domains and deliver insights effectively.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with demonstrated leadership in enterprise projects.
- Proven experience in building user personas, user journeys, and workflows.
- Strong skills in backlog management and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with rapid ramp-up expectations.
Desired
- Background in Data & Analytics or experience supporting analytics-focused initiatives.
- Experience at Manager or Assistant Director level and above.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
