responsibilities
* provide recruitment support by assisting in the hiring of approximately 100 direct labor operators on a continuous basis.
* support training initiatives, helping deliver digital training content to meet a target of 15 hours per employee with 30% of the training delivered digitally by year‑end.
* assist the local hr team with labor relations, event coordination, talent management, and other department activities.
* manage internal communication tools and processes, continuously improving the internal communication system and ensuring information channels remain up to date and relevant.
qualifications
* active bachelor’s student, 6th semester or later, in marketing, communication science, design, business administration, or related field.
* advanced proficiency in english.
* active participation in extracurricular activities.
* proactive, eager to learn, and open to new experiences.
