*cloud support specialist*
we are seeking a cloud support specialist to join our team at marsh. This role will be based in mexico city. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a cloud support specialist at marsh, you will be responsible for problem solving, knowledge generation, and developing repeatable processes, and you will respond as the escalation point for non-standard issues and incidents and is responsible for the construction of standard communications.

- leverage cloud technologies, preferably aws
- utilize servicenow or other itsm tools for service request management, incident management, and problem management.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement solutions.
*what you need to have*:
- bachelor’s degree in information technology or related technical field
- 2-3 years’ experience in cloud or application support role
- advanced level of english is a must
