*your impact*
*what you’ll do*:
- create and manage professional branding across all offices and marketing channels.
- design and implement personalized campaigns tailored to specific client and office goals.
- manage and optimize the company's websites (wix studio or wordpress), ensuring performance and strong seo.
- plan and support in-person marketing initiatives and events across the u.s.
Monitor campaign analytics, track key metrics, and generate performance reports.
- coordinate and maintain organized marketing documentation, files, and workflows.
- stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices across digital platforms and marketing technologies.
- collaborate directly with internal teams and clients to develop strategic messaging and ensure marketing alignment.
*what we’re looking for*:
- minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- strong understanding of branding, audience engagement, and content strategy.
- experience managing and growing social media communities across linkedin, instagram, and facebook.
- strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into results-driven strategies.
- excellent english communication skills—both written and verbal.
- self-starter with exceptional organization, attention to detail, and project management skills.
- ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
*preferred (not required)*:
- experience with *google ads, meta ads, zoho crm, wix studio or wordpress*.
- website editing experience using platforms such as wix studio or wordpress
- google workspace (g suite) for file management, scheduling, and team collaboration.
