Support engineer level 2 - cloud linux
main responsibilities
- handle daily customer inquiries.
- install, configure, deploy, standardize, automate, update, support, and troubleshoot services for customers.
Base technology
- lamp stack: linux, apache, mysql, php.
- databases: mysql and redis.
*requirements*:
- cloud services: 2+ years with aws, azure, or gcp.
- linux admin: 3+ years (ubuntu/centos cli).
- web servers: 3+ years configuring apache and nginx.
- scripting: 3+ years with php (7.4+), javascript.
- ecommerce: 1+ year with magento.
- databases: 3+ years with mysql (5.6+) and redis (7.0+).
- distributed systems: 1+ year with kubernetes/docker.
- caching systems: 1+ year with varnish, elastic cache, or memcache.
- equivalent experience.
- advanced english skills (reading and writing).
Compensation
*salary*: $42,000 - $44,000 mxn.
Benefits: law benefits + $2,000 mxn monthly bonus for remote work.
