Overview
as part of easybroker's product team, the product marketing manager communicates simply and creatively how our product helps clients improve their service, motivating them to use it. If you are passionate about technology, have a good eye for design, and enjoy explaining complex ideas clearly, this is your place.
responsibilities
* create content such as videos, infographics, blog posts and help articles independently.
* manage and communicate product launches to customers in a clear and timely manner.
* collaborate with product, customer success and engineering to optimize user onboarding and new features.
* research users through interviews and feedback to define audiences and uncover needs you can address.
* understand use cases and work with product to improve and create intuitive, measurable customer journeys that help users achieve their goals in the product.
* support customer success and product teams in effectively communicating easybroker's value across channels (events, website, social media, blog, print, etc.).
* analyze and periodically report metrics based on customer journeys, retention and channel effectiveness.
requirements
* 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in digital product marketing.
* experience managing campaigns and creating content for social media.
* experience with campaign optimization tools and analytics.
* ability to understand product technology and communicate it with a user-centered approach.
* strong design sense and attention to detail.
* excellent written and verbal communication skills in spanish.
* high level of english comprehension.
* residence in mexico.
