The role
we are looking for a architectural project manager with solid experience in hospital infrastructure, responsible for managing projects from conceptual design through executive project delivery and construction supervision.
This role plays a key part in ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance and effective coordination between internal teams, contractors and public-sector clients.
Key responsibilities
lead the development of architectural and executive projects from conceptualization to final delivery.
Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring alignment with approved designs, specifications and regulations.
Present design concepts, technical characteristics and alternative architectural solutions to clients.
Review, validate and approve technical and legal documentation, including:
architectural and specialty drawings
technical and legal reports
construction specifications and methodologies
executive project documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
ensure compliance with public construction regulations, imss standards, and applicable healthcare and legal frameworks.
Coordinate and supervise internal technical teams and project specialists.
Manage contractors and suppliers, maintaining strong control over quality, timelines and deliverables.
Oversee multiple hospital projects across different regions in mexico, depending on project awards and client needs.
Maintain clear, consistent communication across all project stakeholders.
Candidate profile
education: bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil engineering (mandatory professional license).
Experience:
proven background in hospital and healthcare infrastructure projects (2nd and 3rd level facilities).
Strong experience in executive project development (approx. 80% of the role).
Hands-on experience in construction supervision and site management, preferably as a site resident (approx. 20%).

Compensation:
