*company*job summary*the staff project management engineer is an engineer proficient on project management, capable of providing tracking, supervision, execution, coordination and management to projects related to engineering along supply chain.
must be able as needed to direct and lead different projects related to engineering.
at this level, the position has a great degree of impact on the business results and typically, responsibility for managing a group of professionals.
*responsibilities*:under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and corporate johnson & johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:- lead engineering projects ensuring that projects.- develop and execute detailed project plans using standard project management tools (charter, gantt chart, etc).- prepare/review capital & expense forecasts for assigned projects.
prepare capital authorization requests- report status on assigned projects in various formats to various organizational levels.- manage the ncr and capa process by documenting, investigating, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions for product non-conformances.- ensure effective use of engineering and quality systems and adherence to quality system regulations- ensure all osha and j &j machine guarding requirements are met.- follow the bwi design control process for all applicable projects.- perform process validations on new, transferred or modified processes.- ensure compliance to the quality policy in all activities
