What success looks like in this role: manages the delivery and implementation of services within planned timelines, budget, margins, slas, kpis, okrs, and quality specifications.leads and/or supports the implementation of incident management and business process redesign.creates appropriate opportunities for mentoring, feedback, training, and development to help team members reach their full potential.use a collaborative work style that emphasizes teamwork.proactively monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot issues in unisys clearpath environments.builds and maintains good relationships with customers.you will be successful in this role if you have:location: preferably based in mexico city (cdmx), monterrey, or guadalajara; required to work in the client office 3 times a week (hybrid work model).
language proficiency: fluency in spanish and a high level of english required.
